  • Standard Dynamics 365 Business Central roles and permissions
  • Charity-specific Chart of Accounts including sub-accounts for summary/detail analysis
  • Pre-set configuration specifically for the charity sector
  • Financials and Bank including up to 5 Analysis (Dimension) codes for segmented reporting
  • Loading of General Ledger opening balances only
  • Bank statement import functionality
  • Budgets, Sales and Purchasing modules
  • VAT including Making Tax Digital enablement
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (standard UK banks only)
  • Multi-currency plus intercompany transactions

  • Fixed assets with Net Book Value data migration
  • Non-inventory and Service items including Item Header Uploads
  • Lite Inventory – Inventory Items including Inventory Item Migration. This includes average costing only and a maximum of 3 locations

  • Customer and Vendor Migration including Open transactions

Our NfP 365 Finance Platinum package ensures that all your charity’s accounting records are kept in compliance with accounting standards. All core financial modules are available for immediate data entry plus it comes with a pre-configured Chart of Accounts that are specific to charities.

You can enter financial transactions against two types of analysis codes for segmented accounting (such as Fund and Department). This means you can have two types of SoFA reporting, which are included in a full Power BI-based reporting pack showing SORP-compliant financial information in real-time.

Furthermore, there is a dedicated mobile app so your charity’s financial data can be accessed and processed anywhere, at any time and from any mobile device. Plus you will gain access to a full suite of training documentation and videos on how to use the system, so you can start to enjoy the benefits of this new finance solution quickly and independently.
